How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 20 points for every purchase of $5 or more made on campus at participating locations. You can earn points for using cash, card, meal plan dollars, Dining Dollars, Big Red Dollars and Flex.
Simply identify yourself as a Restaurant Group Rewards member by swiping your campus ID or providing your phone number to the cashier at checkout.
How do I earn points faster?
Premium members earn 30 points for every purchase of $5 or more. To qualify as a premium member, you must upgrade your meal plan to the All Access Plus or Weekly 21 plan. Premium members also receive additional perks throughout the semester!
Can I use cash to earn?
Yes, you can earn points for using the following payment methods: cash, debit, credit, Dining Dollars, Meal Plan Dollars, Big Red Dollars and Flex. Simply tell the cashier you're a Restaurant Group Rewards member and swipe you campus ID card or provide your phone number at checkout.
Can I earn points if I order in-restaurant or make a purchase at P.O.D Market?
Yes! Simply identify yourself as a Restaurant Group Rewards member before checking out.
Will I earn points for orders through Dining Sidekick?
At this time, Dining Sidekick orders are not included in Restaurant Group Rewards program.
I have a meal plan (swipes and/or meal plan dollars). What’s in it for me?
If you have a meal plan, you get even more through Restaurant Group Rewards: You get meal plan members-only exclusive perks, discounts and offers throughout the semester. Plus, meal plan holders who upgrade to the All Access Plus or Weekly 21 plans earn points faster (30 points per $5 purchase) and receive exclusive promotions throughout the semester.
How do I earn and redeem rewards?
For every 300 points you earn, you’ll receive a one-time $5 valued coupon loaded to your account. Next time you go to checkout, tell the cashier you’d like to use your $5 Restaurant Group Reward coupon and the discount will be applied to your purchase of $5 or more.
Can I use multiple Rewards in one order?
Not currently. You can use one reward per order.
How do I keep track of my points and rewards available?
Your Restaurant Group Rewards account provides you with your current points earned (not redeemed for a reward yet), and points remaining to your next $5 reward. Your account also highlights available rewards you’ve yet to redeem. We suggest bookmarking this page so that you can check your rewards account as often as you’d like.
Do points or rewards expire?
Yes. All good things must come to an end. Points and rewards expire at the end of Western Kentucky University’s school year– May 2023.
How long will Restaurant Group Rewards be available?
Great question. Restaurant Group Rewards is a trial program, and we will be adding enhancements each semester. We will continue to get your feedback, adjust, and evolve the program to improve it and make it even more rewarding for you.

Are any locations on campus excluded from the Restaurant Group Rewards?
Yes. Any orders placed through Dining Sidekick, Fresh Food Company, and Hilltopper Hub will not earn Restaurant Group Rewards points.
